Shipping Destination

Houndra currently ships orders to customers in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom. The shipping cost applicable to your order will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days.

After processing, standard delivery to the United Kingdom is typically estimated at approximately 4–8 days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will arrange delivery without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared for fulfilment.

You will receive order and shipping updates using the contact information provided during checkout. Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided to you.

Shipping Address

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@houndra.co. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at support@houndra.co so that we can investigate the shipment.

Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control do not remove any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@houndra.co with your order details.

Goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders offered and sold by Houndra to UK customers, any mandatory charges that Houndra is required to collect from you will be disclosed as part of the purchase process where applicable. Customers will not be charged undisclosed shipping fees by Houndra after an order has been placed.
